Dearborn City Council at their July 23, 2013 regular meeting approved a purchase agreement to sell the current City Hall building to Artspace Projects, Inc., for $1.65 million. Artspace plans to renovate the building into lofts and performance space to be used by artist-residents.
A replay of the City Council meeting will be posted online by City of Dearborn Television (CDTV) website here.
Residents and other community stakeholders are invited to browse documents and presentations on the proposed sale of City Hall, the City Hall Artspace Lofts project, and the proposed Dearborn Administrative Center.
